The challenge
Delivery delays and misrouted shipments were hard to diagnose the same way twice. The training and quality team needed clearer standards, and managers needed to see what was going wrong without digging through spreadsheets.
The work
- Mapped the workflow. Every handoff and decision point in training and quality control, written down.
- Set routing rules. A clear way to sort each shipment into DHL or Blue Dart flows, with explicit rules instead of judgement calls.
- Rewrote the SOPs. Standard steps, plus checks for delays, productivity and classification accuracy.
- Built the dashboards. Excel and Power BI views by hub and team, and support while the new workflow was tested.
