Two paths.One way ofthinking.
Whether you run a business or are testing a new idea, the thinking behind our work is the same: understand first, structure clearly, validate before acting.
Three phases.
One clear outcome.
When your business is already running but feels messy or hard to grow, we come in and build the clarity it needs.

Good to know
before we start.
How long does an engagement take?
A one-time project typically takes 4–8 weeks. Ongoing support is month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
Do we need to prepare anything?
Nothing formal. Come with an honest description of where things are. We take it from there.
Remote or in person?
Both. Most work is remote. We can work in person for clients in Mumbai or nearby.
Do you work with international companies?
Yes. We work globally and discuss scope and timelines after a short conversation to understand your situation.
Six stages.
One clear answer.
When you have an idea but are not sure if it will work, we run it through a structured validation process. The output is always one of three things: build, pivot, or kill.
Problem Framing
Find the actual problem, not just the symptom.
Assumption Mapping
Turn ideas into testable statements.
Research and Validation
Find who pays to solve this.
Business Model Structuring
Work out how the business actually makes money.
Small Test
Run the smallest test that gets you a real answer.
Decision Gate
Build, pivot, or kill based on the evidence.
